Ate here when we were in town for a concert. We were staying nearby and walked over (which was a longer walk than we anticipated, but it allowed us to get our daily step count in). The service was good, but we were seated by some hackers. I mean, get up and go cough up your lung in the bathroom. Sick. But, I digress --- the food was decent. The garden bar good (the garden bar is my favorite part of Ruby Tuesday) and we didn't end up with Ebola or any other plague from sharing the same space with germs. Overall, not a bad visit.

If it were the end of the world and I had to choose between Ruby Tuesday and eating my arm, I would eat both of my arms. The moment you step in the restaurant it feels like someone brought everything they could find from a dumpster and nailed it to the walls. The food is also not good at all...at first it appears okay and you may even eat several bites...but you just wait 30 mins later.....your farts with be smelling like permanent marker and you'll have to buy new underwear. Burger Situation: No situation

On those nights when you just can't bring yourself to making dinner, Ruby Tuesday is the next best thing. We visit about once or twice a month. One draw is that the kids menu has a good selection, not just the typical fried stuff. My kids like the grilled chicken and veggies of all things! The setting is clean and calm. Good for a family dinner. The staff has always been great in the 18-24 months that we've been frequenting the place. I like the fish, which I will admit is risky. Even if I was buying fish myself, I know it isn't always perfect, after all we do live in MN. Sometimes the fish is fantastic, other times, not so much. You take your chances. Overall it's a great place to bring the family when you're just too busy to pull dinner together and you're dead set against "fast food".
Clean, quick, and lots of options, including low carb and reduced calorie ones as well. Good steaks and burgers, but I'd pass on the pretzel bun series. Always left thinking it wasn't as good as it looked and sounded on the menu.

Definitely friendly staff (as usual for Ruby Tuesday Restaurants). Easy parking, great bar. Both of us ordered the Mini Trio. It is three sliders, one each of burger, turkey burger, and crab cake. Hmm...turkey was actually my favorite, which I was quite surprised as I would have thought it to be the least fave. Crab cake...not so much. Burger was boring. And the fries had a really strange after taste. Eh...it was just an okay meal. Should have stuck to the reason I came there...which was the salad bar...and I didn't even have that!

Great burgers for a reasonable price! The burgers now come with two sides during dinner, which was a change on my most recent visit. The waiter we had was very nice. My girlfriend wanted just the garden bar and the waiter explained he would just add the garden bar to my burger order, saving us six dollars. He didn't have to offer that so it was a welcome surprise. This place is good for comfy casual dining with a compliment of good food!

The staff is friendly and they make a good cocktail but the food is average at best. If you have a hankering for a salad bar go to Ruby Tuesday. Otherwise, go across the parking lot and give Santorini a shot.

Five stars for having amazingly friendly (seemingly genuine) staff here. Good selection of beers on tap and the bartender pours them strong if you want something mixed.

We've been to this location several times, perhaps in part due to the ubiquitous coupon they send out every month. It's the usual Ruby Tuesday, the atmosphere is friendly and cozy, nice for winter months, and the service has been friendly overall except a couple encounters with some new wait staff. They have lots of seating available usually and the restaurant is busy but never too loud, so a great place if you want to chat with a friend. The food is consistently good, although not very healthy. We love their Chicken Quesadilla which is crunchy and delicious and the Triple Prime Burgers. The salad bar comes in addition with a small extra charge. The selection of beers and cocktails is pretty decent although they could work a little harder on their happy hour drinks and food specials, specially with Santorini in the same parking lot that gives away $2 mini burgers with drinks.

Just as most of the other reviewers I have to say the staff is amazingly friendly. I don't know who manages this location but they are doing a great job keeping the staff motivated. The food was good for a chain like this. I usually will not visit or review a chain like this but it was a "work" lunch and since the service was great and the food was above average I'd have to say it's one of the best chains out there from the few times I've been there. Not a date restaurant but if you need to take a client or your parents out somewhere friendly, quick and good food I suggest you swing by.

Every time I've been here, there's barely any customers, yet the service is still slow. I ordered a $9 "meal" and it came out on the smallest plate. I ate it within 5 minutes. 2 stars because it isn't the worst place I've been but it needs a lot of improvement.

Happy hour was really good and well priced for appetizers 1/2 off. I recommend the buffalo chicken wings, and the blue cheese and steak flatbread.

Burger or Hamburger is savored as the most desired fast food meal in the United States. Besides ground meat patty, hamburgers are also stuffed with lettuce, onions, tomato slices, pickles, and cheese.
Hamburgers are also categorized into two types in the United States. Fast food hamburger and individual hamburgers served at restaurants are two basic types of burgers served in the United States. The individual hamburgers served at restaurants are prepared using everything including lettuce, onion, tomato, and sliced pickles as well as melted cheese on the patty or crumbled on top. American restaurants also serve veggie burgers for those who don't relish meat. Cheeseburgers are also hot favorite in the United States.

This store is on my exercise route along the lakes in Eden Prairie so I stop there relatively frequently, probably a dozen times a year. The atmosphere is quieter than similar restaurants so it's a good place to hold a conversation over lunch or dinner. The furnishings are comfortable and the decorations understated and tasteful. If you don't like the the party colors that restaurateurs so often pick for their décor you'll like it here. As others have stated, the service is always friendly and your food is delivered as-ordered. The complimentary biscuits they serve remind me of the Cheddar Bay Biscuits at Red Lobster with maybe a little more spice. My favorite entrée is the Herb Crusted Tilapia with a side of broccoli and loaded baked potato. This is a baked filet that is always perfectly cooked. It has a very tasty but lite coating of herbs and spices along with some kind of oil. Almost melts in your mouth! The broccoli is cooked properly, not to much, not to little, and seasoned nicely. The potato is good but not outstanding. The Salad bar is very popular and can be enjoyed as one of your side items with an entrée. Burgers are good too, but who goes to a nice restaurant for a burger? (Yea, I know you're out there so I'm just kidding.) Like another reviewer, I too have been surprised to see that youngsters I've treated at this restaurant are skipping the normal kid fare (burgers, etc.) and opting for more adult fare like one 11 year old boy who orders the Louisiana tilapia & shrimp, and LIKES IT! He reordered it on his next visit. To the reviewer who said he'd go to Santorini's instead I have to disagree. Having been to both, I'd pick Ruby Tuesday every time. I rated it a 5, not because it's the best restaurant in Eden Prairie, (I'd give that honor to Wildfire or Kona Grill), but for the price, it's the best value. Consistently great food, great service, at a price most of us wouldn't consider excessive. They hit the mark.
